Well, first of all, it is clear to me that aesthetic experience is, at almost all points, contextualised by life. It is not independent of lives and nor is it enough to make up a life. This is to state the obvious, but it creates a challenge for curriculum. Reflection cannot easily be confined to the professional task as, for example, a pedagogical instrument.
